Scratchers are made to order and ship 5 to 7 days after your order is placed.

Please contact us if you experience any problems with your purchase.

Products are returnable in as new condition within two weeks of purchase.

Products are warrantied to be free of manufacturing defects within one year of purchase. Determination of the nature of the defects is the sole responsibility of Art Motion and Sound.
